What time is C/S/S sentencing today?

The jury foreman's comments should only apply to Spanier since he was the only one on trial. My question was whether Curley and Schultz could appeal today's sentences since they had taken a plea.
That answer is - effectively - no

They pled to an offense and were sentenced within the guidelines of that offense.

They were a couple of "Dumb and Dumberer"s

And joined the long list of "Fails" in the larger picture........ but we knew that back in March.

Never thought I'd say this....

I am soooo happy I moved out of Pennsylvania. I think i am going to stop telling people I was born there. The fact that I went to college in WVa and live in CLE is much less embarrassing. The level of corruption in the state makes Chicago and Illinois look like utopia.

That's a bit dramic but I get your disappointment. Those three going to jail just gives the opposition more fuel for argument.

You are welcomed to your opinion - but the facts say otherwise.

Fact: Two plead guilty - one was found guilty.

So legally - they did do something wrong.

Well, ok, they were convicted and/or pled guilty.

But in today's world, name one person with an IQ above 130 that respects the legal profession, the law, lawyers or judges?

The law profession used to be respectable. But the law is pretty much a joke now.

If you think that this behavior is a "Pennsylvania" thing, then you are fooling yourself. It is today's America. It just happened to have occurred in Pa.

It is driven by the cowards we call leaders in this country and the insane media.
