It is a way to throw them off rhythm and slow down the match. A way to stall. At 149, it worked. Zain would normally tech or pin his opponent but was held to a 4 point decision.

And as a fellow Italian, I will not be afraid to tussle with him, why I had many a guy like him show me the gym lights in h.s. ... and I know how to correctly pronounce his name unlike our friendly Iowa, err, I mean BTN commentators

I was thinking of descending myself, but I was trying to figure out where I would fit in safely. I have decided I will stay at 215. That may be 15 too heavy but I feel safer. Too light to tussel with Nick and too heavy for the rest so i am just gonna stay off the mat all together.
