We have come oh-so-close under CJF these past three years, and plenty of Kudos are due him and his staff. But there are things that still separate us from making the play-offs. In many aspects of our game.
Anyone care to speculate on what the most important . "things" are? What it will take to upgrade them? And how long it will take before we make the playoffs?
Certainly in 2018 we were far from dominant in any aspect of the game, were young and mistake-prone, and most positions were "learning on the fly." At some point, our O, D and ST's will have to become difference-makers, on a consistent basis.
In many ways, considering our lack of dominance, it was remarkable what we accomplished in 2018. Now, as we go forward, without TM, different phases of our game need to step up.
Who. How and When have yet to be determined. Thoughts?
