Before anyone gets upset, I would say that despite these remaining uncommitted prospects trending the other way, Penn State has put together obviously a very good class and a handful of these prospects were going to be long shots anyways.
The names to watch continue to be Cyrus, Williams Jr, and Goodman. Worth keeping a close eye on Jackson, Carter, Epenesa, and Kemajou.
