Received an acceptance to Penn State-Jefferson's 5 year BS-MD Program. It became known to all of us as the program.

My Dad was Penn State '42. Metallurgy Mineral Science. He had said I should apply to Penn State as my safe school. Told him I could go to a good school. At a tailgate 30 years later he causally said I told you so.
Went to Penn State football games in the 50's with him and was a Pen State fan from the gitgo.
An Uncle 'was class of '44 Agronomy.Parent's families were from Johnstown. I grew up in North Jersey and graduated Paramus High '63, played soccer. Met wife at Lankenau Hospital '69. Villanova '69. Since then then three of four children went to Dear Old State.
