We have some over emotional pee brains so let me break this down. I have NEVER been a Franklin apologist. When he deserves blame I blame him. When its on the players, the blame goes to them.
When Franklin deserves blame:
You blame Franklin if his team looks unprepared, doesn't play tough, bad in game decisions, or poor game plan. None of that happened last night.
EX) When Franklin a fault
- 2023 games vs OSU and Michigan. Game plan was horrible and Drew played horrible. But that is a situation where Franklin deserves blame for allowing a horrible game plan
- Going for 2 vs Oregon being down in a close game. We didn't lose the game because of that but could have.
- On 4th-1 vs SMU going for it on own 19 yd line in1st qtr
- Going for it 4th -20 vs SMU instead of punting
When its more on Players than coaches:
- The team is prepared and plays tough.....They did last night
- They have a good game plan to attack and great D....They did last night
- When your starting QB plays HORRIBLE going 12/23...135 yds...0 TDs...1 int to cost us the season
- When you Corner falls down back pedaling leaving the WR wide open for easy TD......I guess Franklin made Miller fall down
What stated here is not hard to understand. But people need an unemotional NON BIASED 10 yr old brain to actually comprehend.
