Who are the stars? We'll find out, but we have them.

Dinardo and Griffith very much mirrored what I’ve been saying for a while now. Each of them agreed that though Penn State lost a number of key contributors both on offense and defense, that there are guys that will replace the production. They said that the practice was the most crisp of all the ones they had seen so far and that there were athletes all over the field. They went on to say that we don’t know who the stars will be in replacing the guys that left, but that they are definitely there because they saw athletes everywhere.

They were absolutely gushing about the talent at linebacker. Big lean guys that can really run. They said on the d-line that Mustipher looks like he could play right away. Dinardo said that Hamler is the kind of receiver that can break big plays if a play breaks down and while scrambling, Trace tosses it to him. They also said that true frosh receiver Jahon Dotson looks very, very good. I’ve heard other sources on this board say the same about Dotson.

In summary, they believe that with the athletes we have everywhere on the field, that we’ll find worthy replacements for the guys that have gone to the League.

I couldn't agree more. THAT'S WHAT RECRUITING AND RELOADING IS ALL ABOUT.
