Why is this site SOOO slow at night?

It’s usually after 8 or 9pm, but the site just drags after that point and takes forever to load. I’ve noticed this over the last several weeks. I’ve never known it to be a problem before.

Needs a better server or host/provider. Probably various sports events chewing up bandwidth.
