ND beat 1-2 FL State because coach called TO and took 51 yd FG off the board. Then they beat Toledo because their runner scored too early. They scraped by against inferior opponents and are now 4-0 and possibly back in the top 10. Their only top opponent is Cincinnati who struggled to beat Indiana.

Wisconsin will now be unranked.

Wisconsin is not a "bad team", their a good, but not elite, football team. Their stoneage plodding offense makes it very difficult for them to beat teams with equal, or better, talent. They just don't put up enough points to give their defense a chance. Wisconsin will beat all of the teams that can't match up with them talent-wise, which is the vast majority of their schedule. But they certainly aren't "bad".
