People wanted to bash Franklin before the OSU win and the tide turned, there is constant talk about getting rid of Chambers who is IMHO making progress..slowly but he's making progress...The real coach that should be fired like yesterday, is Washington. No progress whatsoever.

I agree that Washington is horrible.

Chambers is making progress but a lot of that is going to depend on his ability to hold onto the current players and improve recruiting. I'm not sure what kind of shape we're going to be in once Carr & Watkins leave.

I'd feel a lot better if he was able to follow up on the 2016 26th ranked recruiting class. 2017 was 116th, 2018 is 48th. The one commit for 2019 is unranked.

You need to put 2017 in context -- PC didn't have ships open until late in the late signing period and signed two pretty solid gets for that late in the period (Harrar and Wheeler). 2015 was also a strong recruiting class. I think that his recruiting is solid. Dread and Bolton are both good players coming in.

As for Patrick Kelly (the 2019 recruit), we'll see. Rivals now has him as a 3* recruit with interest from tOSU, Puredue, NC State, PC, Georgetown, and a few other schools.
