Jay vs. Scott? It hasn't been listed but I'd bet a private bidding war is probably in full bloom.

712 McKee Street was for sale as of last week. It still is.
So you are correct.
And we know that 712 is not the Paternos' home. So unless there is more than one home for sale on McKee, it ain't Sue.
Of course, if they were to put it up for sale, they would likely go with a private listing to avoid unnecessary curiosity.
can you imagine what that house could sell for based on it being Joe's house and the location to campus???
I believe Tim Curley's mom had a house on McKee. The dad managed the dining halls back in the day, IIRC.712 McKee Street was for sale as of last week. It still is.

Is there a confederate statue on the property? The university will buy it then tear it down. I'm only half joking.
Am 99.99% sure FR year a Leete buddy parked his car at this house. 1 especially cold winter night about 6 or 7 of us jammed into his small car built for 4, me in passenger seat, to head downtown for munchies. Friend started driving before the defroster fully kicked in, saying "I do this all the time". In a few seconds I had a small spot cleared in windshield and screamed "STOP"!!! He was less than 1 foot from that tree, driving down sidewalk.

Based on the price they are asking for the other house on McKee St. a good bit.
I'm not sure the neighbors would agree.Imo, 830 McKee Street would be a perfect spot for a Joe Paterno Museum.
The family could donate the post-operating costs portion of the entry fees to a charity or philanthropic org. of their choice.

Not sure it would get through the zoning board.Imo, 830 McKee Street would be a perfect spot for a Joe Paterno Museum.
