I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
Is there beer?I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
some...they have to have a license. But people have been known to sneak beer into the stadium or theater. Is there beer?

my uncle bought binoculars that had a case that he could stuff four beers in. He'd have one person wear the binoculars and the other the case.
They used to do something like this with pay per view boxing back in the Ali/Frazier/Foreman days. The big screen was pretty cool. This is actually a fantastic idea, but personally I don’t think I would go to a movie theater vs having friends and family over my own house.
only if a "happy ending" is a simply PSU victory. How about theatres with massage therapists, naked sushi bars tailgating booths..?
only if Texas is playingNo, because what may happen if PeeWee Herman sits behind you?
I'd try it if the tickets aren't overpriced.I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
I'd try, but they might be trying to reach a younger demographic. This is actually a fantastic idea, but personally I don’t think I would go to a movie theater vs having friends and family over my own house.
one of the best spectator sports events I had was going to a Chicago sports bar when the Bulls were playing the Ewing led Knicks. I was out of town on biz and went by myself to get wings to take back to the hotel room. There was lots of energy so I had a beer while waiting for my order. People around me started to high-five and include me like I was a bulls fan (I am not but went with it just the same). Bulls hit a last second shot and the young lady at one of the nearby tables turned to me and gave me a big smooch. That was fun!I'd try, but they might be trying to reach a younger demographic.
Serious next level “bread and circus “ vibes going on here, but yeah, I’d give it a try…especially the bowl games. —But Pretty sure I’d ultimately default to gathering in the living room with my friends, though.…always a good time.I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
well, I have no friends so.....(except this board which my wife calls my "imaginary friends")Serious next level “bread and circus “ vibes going on here, but yeah, I’d give it a try…especially the bowl games. —But Pretty sure I’d ultimately default to gathering in the living room with my friends, though.…always a good time.
If I lived in Cleveland (did in 79-80) I know that we would be friends.well, I have no friends so.....(except this board which my wife calls my "imaginary friends")
Gonna say no.I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
I think you'd have to have MPAA ratings by opponent based on the level of profanity and expected misbehavior when things aren't going well. Michigan and Ohio State would probably be NC-17 most years. Iowa and Illinois right now might be R and most of the rest PG-13 or PG.Not for me. I can get pretty agitated watching the games. If things aren’t going well it can ugly.
Hell no.I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
I’m not sure if I’d go watch at a regular theater. Watching at one of those Alamo Drafthouses that’s a bar/theater combos would definitely be worth trying out.I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
I feel the love…..🥰If I lived in Cleveland (did in 79-80) I know that we would be friends.
So, you got that going for you.
That would be awesome. Especially an IMax with the tremendous surround sound! It would be like being there without the nineteen inch seats.Think I would. But it would have to be a White Out game.
A wine and cheese 🍷 🧀 tasting to go along with the game might be apropos. 😂That would be awesome. Especially an IMax with the tremendous surround sound! It would be like being there without the nineteen inch seats.
Not unless they could create a tailgating atmosphere in the theater.I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
I might consider going to the theater if that was one of the perks.the young lady at one of the nearby tables turned to me and gave me a big smooch.
I behave better with company but without I tend to get on the stationary bike and pedal away or throw up some weights or pace around the room like some kind of caged animal. Not for me. I can get pretty agitated watching the games. If things aren’t going well it can ugly.
No , I prefer homeI think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
Very coolsome...they have to have a license. But people have been known to sneak beer into the stadium or theater.

You bring up a valid point. There would likely be a few in the theater that would negatively impact the experience. It happens in a stadium too but I think it may be more personal in a theater. Not for me. I can get pretty agitated watching the games. If things aren’t going well it can ugly.
That’s on youMatt Millen at theater level volume. LOL
I would not watch in a theatre. I like to watch PSU and Phillies with just my sons. I get hyper focused and like to follow stats. All the extra people would just distract me. I would watch other games in a theatre but not Phillies/PSU.I think that could be a lot of fun. Especially the new theaters with lounge chairs and good food available. I'd certainly consider it.
With minimal, if any, security. Yeah, sounds like a wonderful idea.fights. many, many fights.
I saw Hagler/Hearns that way, but not in a movie theater, in a civic center. They used to do something like this with pay per view boxing back in the Ali/Frazier/Foreman days. The big screen was pretty cool.
