Wow, looks like Onward State shot themselves in the foot AGAIN

btw it was Matt DiSanto who trashed Trace and Amani Oruwariye, saying they "underwhelmed" in the Senior Bowl

Anybody that sees that story as bashing is more delicate than a snowflake.

Great, but who is RACIST. in this? There has to be someone, otherwise it’s a non-story.

Dude trace played freaking amazing. The way he called plays in the huddle was some of the best leadership anyone has ever seen. Onward State should tell the truth. That his performance probably puts him in tier one of this years QBs. The receiver that was overthrown should have been 7'10 and it would have been a TD. I mean if Yao Ming would have caught it so should he.

The coaches gave him no plays to showcase his skills. For crying out loud he was under center. Also the color orange inhibited his ability to see the pass rush because in the sun it creates a slight glare on the outside rim of your pupils.

The article should state facts and facts only! The media hates us!

Bad mouthing Trace and Franklin constantly. The same can be said about the PSU Barstool idiots.

So many fans are ungrateful of what we have until it's gone. The #FireFranklin enthusiast's are in full force all season, but are blind to what it would be like if Penn State were to start this process over.

Trolling gets attention. The point is to get you to click and engage, and they respond, typically doubling down, rinse, repeat. You see this a lot with extreme political media/groups. The goal is to piss you off. What's most interesting about the article is that while the headline is negative, the actual substance is mostly positive.

Barstool is by far the worst. They will trash Franklin or someone in one post, and then the next day praise Franklin or that individual.

I think one of the PSU accounts called Barstool out with screenshots during the season on them trashing Trace the day prior to calling him the "GOAT". Remember Trace and others retweeting and liking that post.

They go back and forth - again, it's about clicks, nothing else.

Local pseudo information sources, since even true local media barely is professional, do not do Penn State any favors and seem to try to make more effort to take shots at anything Penn State rather than promoting anything good that happens at the University. One of the reasons none of them get any of my $.

I remember that. I called them out for it and Trace's sister acknowledged it.

Many fan bases are like ours, but it's gotten increasingly worse more recently. Social media has a lot to do with it.

Saying a QB who went 6/12 for 55 yards was underwhelming isn't allowed?

You guys make the snowflakes look tough

FWIW I read elsewhere (sorry, don't have the link) that Trace looked great in practice and at times was observed as being the best QB on the roster at the end of practice days. His arm strength was measured to be as good or better than the other QBs (a surprise to me given a certain reporter's comments early in his career that TM had a "popgun" arm) and he worked well leading the offense (leadership skills not a surprise). Regardless of how he performed during the actual game, it is my impression that Trace will get the looks he deserves before the NFL draft.
