Just got back from the unc-Clemson game.
A titanic battle replete with defensive effort, big plays and fantastic coaching. As Dabo said in the postgame: we got outcoached when attacking the unc defense. UNC runs the Army scheme (ask Oklahoma last year and Michigan this year) and it was absolutely fun to watch from my seats. Clemson was confused.
I loved Mack’s decision to go for the win but not the play. Showed guts and confidence in kids who haven’t won a lot of games.
Walking out the Clemson fans were bystanders at a funeral. Unc fans were excited.
