In my opinion they seem to lack leadership. While they have plenty of junior talent, one of them needs to step up at the most critical times. They are good but not yet great.

The much hyped junior class is good but not great. The outside hitters are too small and get blocked in big games. I don't see Russ winning another before he retires.
