Wyoming dual - Sun, Dec 15

I was assigned the same seats as I got for the other two BJC duals (which is a huge downgrade from my Rec Hall seats). I assume that carrys over to other season tx holders.
Our BJC seats are always a downgrade from our Rec Hall seats. Also, they're in a different location every year. No clue how they determine where you sit for BJC matches. Oh well.

For the Wyoming match, how does parking work? Do you need to pre-order a pass or just pay when you get there?

We already purchased a parking pass in Nittany garage... Will the Nittany pass transfer to some sort of general parking for BJC?

This change of venue could be problematic for those who purchased tickets on the secondary market.
They just killed the secondary market. All Rec Hall tickets reissued. If you sold your tickets then they are no good to the buyer. However most brokers don't pay until after the event. But selling more tickets at BJC? Supply and demand.

Don’t blame anyone for the move. Just an unfortunate circumstance (and kind of crazy it hasn’t been an issue before). But man that is gonna be an emmmmmptttyy venue for a wrestling match lol

Shouldn't be a big deal. Just do it the Penn State way. Put the season ticket holders up in the sky and give the bowl seats to administration folks who would like to go.

Should pump the brakes for people on the "every match at BJC" train. We don't want PSU matches looking like Carver (i.e. only well-attended for "big" matches).

Pretty uncompetitive dual..only match of note is LL/Volk but doubt we see Volk (hasn't taken mat in awhile).

Well.....right now.....Joey Novak is rated higher that Josh Barr in most rating services. It should be a solid test for Barr. That said......if Volk doesn't wrestle.........9 victories are almost certain with a good chance of a shutout.

I did not get the same seats as my BJD. I believe my BJD location is the same as the one I chose last year. My Wyoming seats look like the same area as my RH seats.

Flo just moved up Barr to #6. Also kudos to Flo for taking Figs out of #1 spot. Always hated injured guys retaining their status as #1 after sitting for so long. Tricky stuff but in this case..Figs should have been dropped and Flo was first to do it. We’ll see if Intermat follows suit today

I remember following Kelly Mazzante at the BJC. The tickets for the Lady Lion games sometime were $5 dollars at the door, and you got a soda and popcorn. The not so long ago 'good old days'.

I got a season ticket for Seton Hall's Womens BBall this year, as it's the best way to ensure getting a ticket when UConn comes to Walsh Gym. Walsh Gym's capacity is 1316, which makes it less than half the size of my Div. III's gym. Tickets average out to <$5/game.

I have two great tickets center lower section for Wyoming match: I bought tickets 2 days ago for $60 each and cannot make it now.

Section 106L, Row GG seats 110, 111. $60 each. I think 4th or 5th row up.

Must Venmo and will transfer. If interested in great seats...message me at 570-877-0968.

This doesn’t even make sense. If I understand, you have season tickets and your Wyoming tickets are not your Iowa and Michigan tickets???

Yea, that doesn't square with my experience and every other season ticket holder I know.
They moved me to section 118 row M. My other seats are 205 Row A. They are not selling upper bowl.

Ah. Not that I understand why anyone with Rec hall season tickets would be in the upper bowl during scheduled BJC matches, but I can see what has happened.

My seats used to be in the lower bowl corner sec 111. When we were offered additional tickets a couple of years ago they gave us the option to swap the regular tickets for new ones of your choosing. I thought it was for that dual only but I have been assigned the new seats ever since. I never requested they be made permanent. But 205 Row a is much better than stuck in the lower bowl corner. Then out of nowhere I get tickets in a section I have never sat in before.

I am kind of surprised they moved the meet since it was set for 1 pm and the volleyball is at 8:30. Knowing that wrestling should probably be done by 3, and even quicker of they took out the break, is seems like that would be plenty of time to roll up mats and set up volleyball nets. But anyway…

Could've moved the match to a 12 pm start at Rec too.

HARD-COPY EXCHANGE EXPERIENCE--- My wife and I drove to the BJC ticket office today to exchange hard-copy tix to the Wyoming match... Arrived around 1PM and walked directly to the window and there was waiting line. Simple process - they took the existing Rec Hall tickets and gave us back tix to BJC. We compared the new seats against our Iowa/Michigan seats and they all matched. I'm guessing that the line could be much longer on the night of the match.. Hopefully they plan ahead and have multiple windows open on match night... We also asked about exchanging our parking pass between Nittany deck and BJC, knowing the the ticket office really was not directly involved with Park-Mobile... The gentleman at the window said he had heard that refunds of the pre-paid parking fees would be returned to our Park-Mobile account, but wasn't sure if they would be exchanged electronically. We purchased the Nittany permit for that individual match, so no idea how it will work for those who purchased a "season" parking pass at Nittany. He advised that we should contact Park-Mobile to verify... We decided to just purchase a BJC parking pass rather than wait forever on a phone call and "trust the system" for a refund. Walked out in about 5 minutes.

If you used Park Mobile and bought the Parking Pass under this Sunday's event (Wrestling at Rec Hall) you should automaticvally get your credit card credited. That has been my experience for PSU Baseball/Softball events where I bought parking in advance and then that event gets cancelled due to weather.

Yesor the start time moved up, as noted. I seem to recall Rec Hall routinely getting turned over for two different events the same day in the past.
