It was clear that OSU had more "star" power than we did, but that didn't make them the better team last night. We were equally as good and definitely could or should have won that game. Trace was again a "monster" in his performance and was the reason we almost won that game. We had over 100 HS recruits at that game last night who experienced a College football atmosphere that they will never be able to play in.....unless they commit to Penn State! If I were a 5 / 4 Star, or top 100 player and saw that game, I'd be telling myself that I could have been a big part of being the difference to help propel Penn State to that Elite class to have won that game. Us not winning should not have had a negative impact on those kids watching, and in fact likely had a positive impact. If I am right, and I think I am....the flood gates of Elite commitments will continue for years to come!
