Kinda too bad Slade didn't stick around for OD. He might have contributed for them in this stunning turnaround.

That is so great to hear. I had such high hopes for him at PSU, going in I actually though he would have a better career than PF. But then the injury bug kept getting him. I forgot when the picture was that I saw, maybe Cotton Bowl lifting pic and he looked like a juiced out WWE Wrestler.

I had that exact same thought with Kuntz, he looked so strong even before he got here I thought he was going to be the force that turned out to be Friermuth

Slade was never gonna make it anywhere and was a me first player all the way back when I used to watch him walk off the field in HS when things weren’t going his way.
