Not really. More based on their full body of work so far combined with Clemson's. Pitt can score and Clemson can't.

I think they're very good. It's fine for you to think otherwise. I'm confident they would smash Iowa, and may have a similar record if they played our schedule.

I never suggested the ACC is a good conference. Fair to say that this year, it’s the worst Power 5 Conference. But I am suggesting that Pitt is likely the best team in that conference.

D1 and pro football have become very dependent on the quarterback position. Take Pickett away or add a better qb at Clemson and totally different game. Look at PSU when Clifford went out.

I agree with you , it a Qb driven game. Say what you want but when your QB throws 21 TD’s and only 1 interception your going to have some success. Pickett has played very well to this point in the season and he is the main reason Pitt looks better than usual this year. Time will tell though if it lasts the entire season.

Pitt is kind of in a "no win" situation with this game. Lose and they are out the top 25. Win and it doesn't matter as much against a down Clemson team and won't move much in the rankings.

Good call. I see that point. I guess I'm thinking that Picket and the boys are playing lights out so far and they don't even get a crack at a ranked Clemson. That must be both incredibly disappointing yet f-ing awesome at the same time.

Have a hard time believing in Pitt. Their schedule has been incredibly weak. Easy to run up scores on wannabes. Clemson has some tough d players so we shall see how Pitt’s o can handle it. Clemson by nine.

I’ll be paying close attention to OSU v. Indiana. Away game for OSU versus stingy Indiana defense. OSU will win, but how easily they move the ball may be interesting.
