I just realized that Christian Campbells' high school head coach is the former Alabama great Woodrow Lowe. I didn't know that. I did know that Woody encouraged Christian heading to PSU, however.
So ..., Barber not listed.
Any update on this ?

Maybe gopsusports needs to go back to the drawing board... On the 7/11/17 roster Jarvis Miller was listed at 220 and Toney at 222...now they're back down to 205 and 195, respectively? Hope not...
Wasn't referring to him
Damion Barber .... class of 2017 recruit who may/ may not have made the grades this summer
I'm only counting 83 ships on roster.
They are limited to 105 player until the first game or first day of classes which ever first. After that you can have as many guys as you want.Question - looks like the preferred walk-ons are listed, so they take part from Day 1 of camp, correct?
What about other, non-preferred, walk-ons.... do they begin on the first day of classes? Or is there a more formal process for them including try-outs?
Thanks.
Depending on how the numbers work out under the new rules, perhaps the staff can apply 2 early enrollment ships to the 2017 class.
Journey Browns named just jumped out at me, glad he's there early. After seeing the picture of how physically developed he is and with his speed, wow. Throw in the fact that he has Saquon to learn from, even better. I can't imagine any young RB having a better mentor than Saquon , in many ways, and I think SB loves doing it. Miles Sanders, Andre Robinson, Mark Allen, Journey Brown, Ricky Slade, I love it!

There are a lot of junior class players on this roster. A successful season could see a lot of them bolt. Not trying to be negative but the possibility is there. I went to hear Phil speak at Scranton two years ago and he dropped the comment that coaches are recruiting kids with the idea that they will only get 3 years out of them.Looking over the roster it still amazes me how young this team is still..: just loaded for the present and future
Wasn't it reported somewhere earlier this summer that Miles Sanders was 220 lbs.? He's listed at 205 now.
Simmons at 250-
Although Simmons is one of the most highly ranked RS FR, it seems that there is not much talk about Simmons having an big impact this year.
"Chaz, a hamburger shy of 350..."-CJF iirc.Dalton dropped from 247 to 235.
Zembiec now at 213
Chaz Wright at 345 - wow!
Polk now at 181, that's good.
Simmons now at 250 - excited to see this kid fulfill his potential
Givens up to 281 - he was a 230 lb fullback/linebacker in high school
