I don't think DT should have said anything. Just go out next time and represent.
That being said, J'Den looks the fool from my perspective after those comments. DT must have struck a nerve. Then he basically says he felt bad and wrestled bad in the very next sentence....
Wrestling has their own McGregor vs Mayweather to promote at a later date I guess.

I get his frustration with Cox. He has so much more to offer offensively, but chooses not to. He frustrates me and I don't even root for him. When you are a freak athlete like him you should be crushing guys. DT doesn't have to question his heart on Twitter. At the end of the day nobody was beating Yazdani.

Hahaha, actually I have, now that you mention it. It flowed out of him pretty good too.
I feel there are two separate legit issues:
1) what does J'den's learning curve look like? Will here DECIDE to crush his way to 2020 Helen Maroulis style because it seems like he can. If he does not there will be some fan frustration.
2) Is mocking a fellow American wrestler during the world wrestling tournament on twitter cool? What does it say about someone who does? What does it say about someone who is ok with it?

No wonder Cox can make weight even though he seems too big. He can sweat the weight out more easily than other human beings.
Cox laid an egg in the match he lost - partly the way he lost it. But I'm guessing you already knew that.

Not that I love or agree with Taylor not being on-board with our nation's wrestlers, during the World Championship, but I don't know if I'd act any differently.
He pinned the World Champ 6 months ago. Tough pill to swallow, but he'll learn that he has to, soon enough.

All in...which means I dropped the cash to watch Zain wrestle for the world championship. Went to bed after midnight and up now ready to watch and have my laptop plugged in to the big screen tv! Let's go Zain!! 
-Zain gets to legs. Habat somehow fights it off for a good 45 sec before Zain gets the 2.
- Zain gets another leg, Habat has some bjj defense Nolf would be proud of.
- Clean Takedown Zain.
- 4-0 Pain at break.
- 90 seconds in Habat shoots, Zain goes behind and gets a 4 point throw. 8-0
- And Zain ends it on another Habat shot.

If you had told me five years ago that I'd be getting up at 4 o'clock in the morning to watch freestyle wrestling, I'd have told you you were nuts. But, here we are.
