Not according to the "word salad" head of NCAA Officials - according to him "it's complete guesswork how much time went off" - huh??? How is putting a stopwatch to the video "complete guesswork"? What complete bullshit.
The ncaa should be embarassed with the explanation they gave in the Heil match.
That one ranks up there with that match a few years ago where a point was missed by either the refs or scoretable.
You are very diplomatic here and I can appreciate that but what just happened to Heil feels a lot more than unfortunate, I may feel a little more anger over it because unfortunately they screwed a kid from a lesser known wrestling program about to pull off a Huge Upset.
