Crowd chanting Keep Stanford Wrestling!!Someone please provide a summary of Shane's interview!
You stay classy, DeSanto.
Why do people p!ss into the wind? Why did Stanford cancel wrestling if they had enough in private donations to be self sustaining?
PD3?Congrats to Griffith. When's the last time a National Champ was a free agent looking for another program?
Dellavecchia was Rider's first finalist, I think. Even though that's a good story, I think it's cool that Carr now has a chance to match his dad with 3 NCAA titles. Until Brady beats him next year.Carr - Dellavecchia: I'm rooting for both of them. Two great stories. It's a shame that one of them has to lose
" talking to dad not planning to wrestle this season, saw coaches got motivated...texted dad not question it and rip it" support he got? "Shows how close the wrestling community is, community behind our back..hope we will return" what can people do? "E-mail administrators, I think I played my role here"Someone please provide a summary of Shane's interview!
I shoulda laid a tarp out. There could be a lager shower in the living room soon....
I missed COVID getting the 8 seed last season.
The funny thing about Desanto is that he is a much poorer winner than loser. Usually when he loses he doesn't do anything but when he wins all bets are off.
I sincerely worry what happens to him once wrestling ends for him.The funny thing about Desanto is that he is a much poorer winner than loser. Usually when he loses he doesn't do anything but when he wins all bets are off.
Glad for him. What a way to go out.I am a fan of Shane Griffith. Articulate, well-grounded kid.
You mean Title (9) IX not Title 4(IV)Called Title IV! Wow!!
I didn't think $12M would permanently endow the program. They would probably need $100M since you can only use the proceeds from the endowment. $12M would certainly buy them time to continue to work toward that goal.So alumni raised enough to permanently endow Stanford wrestling and the AD told them no thanks. What a piece of shit
