So here is the deal: Let's first talk about the California Case:
1) The Judge in that case is a former Public Defender (she was in administration and didn't actually try cases) and was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown (who does not appoint law and order judges. She made a ruling that very few, if any, of the other judges in the County would have made. Public Defenders who routinely appear in domestic violence courts were shocked at her ruling.
2) The Florida case, I could have told you from the second I heard about it that no one would prosecute the case. The California case, along with the victim's testimony in that case basically gave Foster carte blanche to abuse her as long as there are no other witnesses or video.
3) The victim's attorney is an idiot. The victim's credibility is shot. No case can ever be proved with just her testimony...
