A stupid question, but I can’t find the answer on Google. Can a Senate Committee

subpoena a member of the House of Representatives to testify in front of them? Or Vice versa, can the HOR subpoena a Senate member to appear if they feel they have important testimony?

I suspect the answer is No under some proviso of immunity, but am interested to learn the legislative language prohibiting such action.
