AJ Ferrari calls out JB and Gable

Good lord what Burroughs said wasn't even bad lol. This kid is talented but he's not Amos. He better go HW cause two WV boys are going to have 197lbs on lock down for the next four or five years.
A little taller and just as quick version of cassar is a good comparison for AJ. Ya never know what these guys are made of inside tho

Not a fan of the kid myself (the tiktoks are so cringe), but he and Amos were in the same bracket a couple years ago and it was Amos who failed to make it to him.

I'm very skeptical of Amos. His best results have been up at 220. When he's come down to 195, he wasn't as effective. He seems pretty sure that he's a 197 though. Cody Gardner is a name that keeps coming to mind. If I'm wrong I wouldn't be shocked, but I'm taking a wait and see approach.

Gardner had a drug problem -- past tense as he died of OD at age 28 -- so let's hope that's a poor comparison.

No idea how you can have any questions about Amos lol. He's won everything in hs there was to win. I'm sure if he'd of came to penn state then you'd have less questions. I'd take him over beard right now but sadly it won't get to happen.
Amos tried to wrestle him the past two years. Was going to be the main event of WNO but AJ wa hurt.
Btw never said I was a fan of AJ. I have no idea what tiktok is. I'm not on twitter. I'm assuming you're an adult but criticizing a kids "tiktok", whatever the hell that is, sounds strange.

Was that during his career? My comparison had nothing to do with off the mat. Amos seems like a GREAT kid. I'm worried he's a tweener. Look at Snyder. While he was still amazing, he was not world class at 197. A few months and an extra 15 lbs later he was winning a world title. And Amos, as good as he is, is not anywhere near Snyder's level at the same point in their careers.

Well first, I'm a hawkeye fan, so I'd feel the same way if he was at Penn State.

Amos has won a bunch of tournaments through his career, but who is his best win? When he was in the bracket with Ferrari, he took a loss and wasn't nearly as dominant as he usually looks. I've seen this before. A kid dominates Fargo cadets at the upperweights because a lot of the top guys are playing football. Then towards the end of their careers, they come back down to earth. Look at a guy like Lance Benick.

Amos captured the imagination early in his high school career by tossing guys around like rag dolls at Fargo. Most 220 lb 14 year olds haven't growin into their bodies yet. The athleticism difference was comical. At the only tournament he entered with guys on his level, down at the weight he's supposed to actually be at, he got beat convincingly and looked very human in his wins.

And tik tok is a social media platform where people do goofy little dances. It's hardly near the top of my concerns with Ferrari. However, the discussion is about his social media presence and that is a major part of it.

Yes, according to Dresser.

While not explicitly stated, reasonable to infer from the article that he had the problem during his freshman year, and never kicked it.

I don't need no Tic Tok, my sundial works fine. While I'm at it and as its November, I'll just say it - I Still Like IKE.
IKE! He’s so good that he somehow made it look easy, almost boring. Kinda like Cael in that respect.

The lost of kids who “won’t pan out” after not choosing PSU grows a little more.

Not sure if anything happened previously, but technically, Gable “called out” Ferrari first (in response to his tweet to JB) in the above tweets.

Appears to be still going, with Gable calling him “AJ Ford Focus”

If you just lost your first match of the year in front of 137 people, you still shouldnt resort to the karate slap.

I think there was a movie about Ford vs Ferrari, Ford kicked butt.

Gable came in talking smack as a freshman. To be honest, some of his antics on the mat his freshman year were not too classy at all. Then he caught a charge in between his freshman and sophomore years, which cut his season in half. For him to be judging anyone at all for talking trash, is a bit ridiculous. With that said, these two, Ferrari this year and Gable his freshman year, are very alike as far as skill, confidence, and talking go. We will see how the Ferrari kid turns out on and off the mat. I wish them both the best and would look forward to seeing them go at it. With that said, looking at year by year progression, I think Parris takes it this coming season. The guy has gotten better every single year at a pace I have never seen before.

Technically GS was never charged. He was held for questioning in a possible sexual assault case, charges were never filed, so who knows what happened, possibly nothing. He really got a raw deal, never charged, spent a couple of nights in jail waiting to be questioned (Minnesota law allows this) and it was all reported by the media. The questioning could have been done quietly.
