Any one watching Buffalo AZ?

I'm not sure how I feel about all those quick 3s (15-30) but they were fearless. The long rebounds on their misses didn't cost them because they got back on defense so quickly. They also stayed on top of the screens and fought hard for every rebound.
A lot of Buffaloians (lol) in my family circle and it's a very happy crew. I really enjoyed watching the way this team played... the entire 40 minutes. whether they have anything left in the tank for KY, we'll see. If they play like this... i like their chances.
When Penn plays a kansas no one is deluded into thinking that even if they pulled off a miracle that they could run the field. They're sacrifical lambs for sure, BUT they force the high seed to actually play and win. If a team that should make it to the FF loses to a team like Penn, then they were found out... Darwin at work.
But Buffalo... that's the kind of team that can play at an extra speed, hit a couple higher gears. Frankly, I would not have wanted to be ANY #1 seed (including nova) playing that team tonite. If they can do it 6 times, they could win the whole enchilada.
Unlikely, but they have that special sauce.

Its good guard play , really good and that cant take a team a ways also lots of experience vs Kentucky's freshman
I opened the thread because I thought that it was about a nice looking lady with a big Azz.
My son and I took a college visit there last weekend. Campus was stoked for their conference final Sat. night. They seem to know they got a once in lifetime team. Hope they can shock Kentucky.
We went to their Engineering tour and came away very impressed with their program. A lot of emphasis on internships and out of class projects to allow grads to get a foot in the door of prospective companies. Work with a lot of UB grads and they are some of the sharpest engineers I've met.
Guess who had AZ as national champion in his office pool.....ugh.
Hideous suburban campus... the SUNY schools, particularly the four university centers, are really good schools, but i dislike the atmosphere (architectual) at the three I have visited... a petty dislike for many, but it was important for me beck when I was eighteen
And he get's paid to share his opinion. And what's worse is that people tune in to gobble up his slop! Sad.
They aren't as big and strong as many of the P5 teams. They made 15 3pt shots last night (50%). That's going to be difficult to sustain. That said, I was really impressed that they were able to sustain such energy for 40 minutes. Their defense was great. They got Arizona to play at their pace.
Buffalo beat Arizona, St. Bonaventure beat UCLA and Syracuse beat Arizona State.

I know a 6-year old who picked Buffalo. But only to beat AZ. And holy cow did they take it to AZ!!!!
He also picked URI and Loyola. Wish I'd have played his bracket.
