One interesting tidbit I noticed was the 1971 big game in Death Valley between LSU-ND and the end zone painting. In one end zone, you can see the traditional LSU, but the other end zone was painted with a big ND. Wouldn't see that today...
One other observation, ND should just go with their 1971 uniforms instead of that goofy look they have going on today.
