They didn't have "flashy" careers, however, Jan Johnson and Steven Gonzalez quietly were solid contributors. Garrett Taylor also. They were, to a certain extent, "glue" to their positions and their leadership will be missed.

Same with Blake G. Windsor, Cam Brown, Reid............. they will all get a shot at the next level......especially Reid if he runs well, could be a good slot defender.......Blake will play football or go to Med School.....good choices for him. Solid leadership on this team and should be strong next year with Cliff, Menet, Micah, Wade.
I agree that we had some solid senior leadership from these players. Best wishes to them for the next stages of their careers.
Somehow losing Blake will prove to be costly. He was taken for granted and performed so long for us. I think he may have played hurt last year, the only down year for him.
I think Taylor, in particular, was impressive. One of the better tacklers, a physical presence on defense. Will be missed.
PS..ran into his folks at a sports bar yesterday. Gave them a high 5 on my way out the door and thanked them for raising a great son. Their faces lit up....I was glad I took the time to acknowledge them.
