Asst. coach Ja'Juan Seider advances his Penn State debut, discusses RB rotation

New RB coach Ja'Juan Seider will be making his Penn State coaching debut Saturday. On a conference call this morning he looked ahead to that, while also talking about the balance he wishes to see in the amount of carries split between starter Miles Sanders and his backups
