Why are we looking to spend money unnecessarily? If the Beav needs upgrades fine, but don't destroy the ambience and the tradition of a great venue. Afterall, this is the house that Joe built, and should be preserved and revered just like "The Big House" and "The U." If rennovations are required, then make them, but don't waste money on a down-sized new stadium. Also, please don't consider downsizing the existing facility, as it is what makes the place particulary unique.
