Did anybody else notice how slow slow the scoreboard was to update during yesterdays dual? Upwards of 30 seconds to put the points on the board. Trying to teach my lady friend the ins and outs of college wrestling it and slow posting makes it tough!

Wonder why they don't have riding time on screen either?

Ot all depends on who is airing it flo and track usually do show riding time bit the other networks can't seem to catch on that riding time matters.

You'd think listening to those numbnut announcers it was the most important thing to keep an eye on.

It's a student run operation when these things are on BIG+. Yesterday was particularly bad from a production standpoint. There were all sorts of video issues early on including the issues with the score graphics not being on the screen and consistently being way behind with outdated/incorrect scores. It made it difficult to follow early on. It cleared up for the most part after the first couple of matches in this regard.

The announcers are always students and they never understand even the basics of wrestling so it's always bad when it's on BIG+. The two last night were not the worst but they were not good, either. "He's in on a really deep shot" and "he's hanging on for dear life" did all of the heavy lifting for the student announcers yesterday as they said those two phrases about 100x each even when it did not apply.

These guys were tolerable and that's not a bad thing, there have been some that you have to mute because you'd think they were talking about water polo or some other sport. So yeah these guys actually weren't all that bad.

Yep, was crashing every time I tried to open it. Rebooted the roku several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, kept doing it.

I had the same problem when I opened the app. It said something about not having enough memory and to delete apps not being used. I uninstalled about 4 different apps and reopened the big10+ only to have the same issue. I finally unplug the power to the roku for about 30 seconds and that fixed my problem.

Yeah, I was doing same thing. I'm gonna try what nitfan said.

I had the same issue. I will try to do what Nitfan advised although I never got the memory message. It would just open up for a couple of seconds and then close. Had to watch it on my phone.

That’s just not what BTN+ coverage is. It’s set up to be a learning opportunity for communications majors.

I know that it's a student run broadcast. I guess no former high school wrestlers take communications? These guys should at least watch some matches with a knowledgeable person. After all, preparation is part of being in that business.

I was laughing the whole time listening to the kids being commentators. Agree they were better then some last year.

As many students pack the high school and college gyms, they can't find someone with wrestling knowledge in communications?

This. I don't watch many home matches on Big10 plus, but I do the away matches and it seems the Big10 matches are used as learning experiences for students. At a minimum part of the assignment should be preparation.

Same here…it kept recycling back to the B1G + App. Strange!
