I thought Spanier vs Freeh was on perpetual hold pending the completion of the CSS trial(s) tentatively scheduled for sometime this century.

The sides have 30 days to get the new judge up to speed.
And now that the judge is up to speed, he will make sure this moves at the same pace as the last one. Which is zero.
This entire legal drama brought about by Sanduskygate has caused me to lose faith in the judicial system. What a crock of sh!t.
