I'm a Dolphins fan and a Flores fan. I know he has baggage, but basically he was forced out cause he's not a fan of Tua. Tua cannot make all the throws and has trouble reading defenses. Hopefully he can mend some fences for his lawsuit. Not in agreement with that action.

This is a home run hire for the Steelers. Two weeks ago he was interviewing for head coaching jobs. Anytime you can get a former coordinator, head coach and hire them as a position coach, that's hitting it way out of the park. He and Tomlin have a good relationship. I don't think he's there long term as he'll have better options in a year or two. Only slight concern I have is with Tomlin. Will he allow Teryl Austin and Flores to run the defense? I'd like to see him get more involved with Canada's offense. Was really disappointed that they kept Canada.

This hire does nothing to improve the team. Better find a QB. If not Tomlin will quickly find out why so many coaches get fired. He had the luxury of an established QB his entire time.
