Wasn’t there a pretty big upward trend in suicide rates well before Covid? Can “being locked out of school” really be treated as the definitive cause in post-2019 suicide rates when there was such an increase in them pre-2020?
Can’t argue with him. He’s mad cause he wanted to blame the death on the vaccine now he’s blaming the death on lockdowns. He’s a confused angry man

Fauci was a career politician. Full stop, Hasn’t treated anyone i decades. Proud to say he served “7 presidential administrations”… which makes him a career politician.

And it showed as he changed his tune with whatever way the “science” was blowing that day, contradicting himself over almost literally every issue COVId related…. Masks, outdoor spread/risk, risk profiles, protests being ok, seasonality, lockdown effectiveness, vax stopping spread, COVId origins…

He said whatever he could get away with, without challenge, while children lost education and lifetime experiences, businesses were bankrupted, education was torpedoed, seniors died alone, people got fat (increasing COVId risk substantially and non-COVId risk materially), etc etc etc.

He is an absolutely despicable human being who cares about nothing other than Anthony Fauci.
No doubt he should be in prison.

Eh, people don't care when a middle school girl commits suicide during lockdowns so there's that. Just pretend it doesn't happen.

There was absolutely, definitively a significant impact on kids mental health, as shown in suicide data, drug abuse data, and freaking common sense.

You really believe denying kids their dreams… whether it was their final Little League season, a recital they worked all year for, graduation, prom, a normal fun celebratory senior year of high school or first year of college, ability to go to the movies or have a party, loss of your big senior year as the starting QB or lead actress in the school play, loss of a chance to earn an athletic scholarship, watching your parents suffer as your grandparents died alone, denial of getting your drivers license cuz the DMV was closed for 6 months, police tape on playgrounds for a year, masks 7x24 or you get “shipped out” (as PSU advertised), etc etc etc had no impact on mental health?

While watching politicians violate their own rules constantly, and then allow politically correct gatherings while banning things like graduations? No impact on mental health?

All we heard was “kids are resilient” over and over. But god forbid today someone uses the wrong freaking pronoun for a teenager who identifies as a groundhog and all of the sudden we have created everlasting trauma. But locking schools was ok.

Suicide rates in the US declined from a peak in 2018 of about 14.5 per 100k down to below 13.5 in 2020. Downward trend.

Then undid all of those gains in 2021 jumping back up to 14.5.

But couldn’t be COVId policy. Nah.

Must have been global warming, no I meant the next ice age, uhhhh I mean climate change they caused everyone to give up hope.

"After a comprehensive initial evaluation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center led by Dr. Merije Chukumerije and follow-up evaluations at the Mayo Clinic led by Dr. Michael J. Ackerman and Atlantic Health/Morristown Medical Center led by Dr. Matthew W. Martinez, the probable cause of Mr. James’ sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) has been identified. It is an anatomically and functionally significant Congenital Heart Defect which can and will be treated,"

Please give specific examples of lying and censorship.

Again, I think people are conflating policy decisions (e.g. "should we require vaccines to attend school") with scientific results ("the vaccines are safe and effective"). The general public can disagree about former (because that's a value judgment/risk analysis) but the latter is vetted in the peer reviewed literature. It is not debated on twitter, youtube or football message boards.

So if you have issues with policy decisions, that's fine. I understand.

But the science is pretty clear and is extremely well studied.
Why do you say the vaccines were effective? What were they effective at? Roughly 500k died prior to the rollout, then more after. Must have been only the unvaccinated. Did these vaccines really do anything? COVID still killed the vulnerable no matter what.

Peer reviewed science, huh. You probably peer reviewed Neil Ferguson’s work on COVID, bird flu, max cow disease. These are the degenerates everyone should listen to because of “science”. Next time I recommend you take a step outside and observe what is going on, like a real scientist. Use a little common sense and this would have been over a long long time ago.

Which many of us said was likely from day 1
