Beautifully said and FWIW my feelings exactly. Hell of a lot of men did a lot more than I ever did (keep the Communists out of the bars in Naples), for Heim to pull that moth-eaten card greatly annoyed me. Joe Paterno was an Army veteran, too. Fat lot of good it did him.

I'm glad you feel that way Dan. I think most who post on this Board are aware of your service, appreciate it, and have never found you boastful in any way.
