btn is celebrating Penn State's 25-year B1G anniversary right now.

The 2014 Penn State-um game is on now. The B1G loves Penn State.

Yes, they do love us. The celebration is unprecedented.

That is why I ALWAYS root against every Big 10 team in every game and sport.
Hey, that's just me. (excluding Rutgers and Maryland).

I believe they tried. They sent an emissary under a flag of truce but our BOT said "Nuts". Or maybe it was the emissary who said, after talking with our BOT, "they're nuts".

If the B1G were to offer to put Joe's name back on the conference championship trophy, the bot would give the B1G money to keep it off.

You know, that would not surprise me. Of course they would try to hide it.

They could dedicate a whole hour on the blown calls against Ohio State and less than a minute on reasonable explanation from the B1G. What a family we married into.

I'm still trying to figure out how John Wooden was a "Big Ten Idol"--as seen this am on the BTN. Maybe they've lured UCLA away from the PAC 12??

He played college ball at Purdue.

Really?? Sounds like when the Columbus Dispatch tried to claim Penn State's Mary Ellen Clark (Olympic diving medalist) as a tOSU athlete because she was working on her grad degree there (to be fair, she *was* training at tOSU's facilities--but she never competed for them, being out of eligibility).

The Dispatch did eventually fix it though.

This is excellent news! Some of you posters don't know what you've won!
