Looks like Cael got his wish after all.
Bowling. I fake I know what I'm doing for 28 weeks every year.
Dressage has been in the Olympics since 1912. It's no joke. It takes years of training and incredible talent to do what they do. Good luck faking dressage. A horse will own you in seconds. It's also one of the higher rated events in the Olympics. Equestrian is always in the top 10.
Those who try to fake dressage -- known as oranges?
It starts with ground training. Teaching flexion. It's about teaching a horse to respond to pressure, and handle massive cheering crowds without losing their mind. All power and movement comes from the hind end. Legs and seat of the rider dictate each individual leg of the horse. Dressage is based upon military movements from the battlefield, centuries ago in Greece, then Europe.

yeah, these ain't nose-to-butt horses that you take on a trail ride in a national park. they're 1000 pound animals that don't speak a lick of English.
As to my selection of sport with least grade between average joe and olympian, I'm gonna go with curling. But, we could have a new challenger in the not too distant future....
The next great Olympic sport? It could be cornhole
The Tokyo Olympics saw six new sports. It's on "The Ocho" in 2023, but by the 2028 or 2032 Olympic Games, could cornhole be a medal-worthy sport? It's all part of the world domination plan.
Hopefully i will be dead before this ever happens. It was bad enough going to the Greenbrier early in the year and finding that they were hosting the American Cornhole Association MidAtlantic Regionals. COVID obviously proved that in the hotel industry, cash flow is king.

How about bobsledding? In think the Jamacans did it without ever seeing snow before they competed.
