I watched last nights game. Nothing happened last night that would warrant a Washington "bump" from the CFP, IMO.
Last week, I watched UF/FSU. I think it is fair to say that Alabama will win The SEC today easily and should, also, be one of the four.
So, that leaves TWO from this list:
Clemson
Penn State
Wisconsin
(outside looking in)
Ohio State
Meeechigan
VT could very well UPSET Clemson. If Clemson wins, they will become team number 3 in the CFP.
So, it comes down to the winner of The B1G versus Ohio State or Meeechigan. I do think that it is UNFAIR to the PLAYERS of either Wisconsin or Penn State to say that although you won The B1G, you don't belong in the CFP.
This is, actually, worse than the previous system (which we all knew was a popularity contest). I feel badly for the players that win The B1G and are denied the opportunity to challenge for Number One in the Nation.
MY PREDICTION:
Alabama
Washington
Clemson
(winner of the Penn State/Wisconsin)
I think the voters will reconsider after tonights games.
