Sean Clifford is now the leading candidate to be Penn State's starting QB with the departure of Tommy Stevens. Did spring practice really indicate that Penn State could have one of the top two defenses in the Big Ten this fall? Is Yetur Gross-Matos a legitimate first round draft choice in the 2020 NFL draft?
