....on earth has Pennsylvania not reviewed the "constitutionality" (both of the PA and US Constitutions) in regards to extreme violation of basic civil rights of the Pennsylvania Legislation empowering SWIGJ's??? Especially so given the number of times that corrupt AG-turned-Governor Corbutt ABUSED this process and "authority" for narcissistic purposes (abuse of publicly granted powers and authority)???

Not only did the Corbutt controlled AG intentionally mislead the 33rd SWIGJ regarding McQueary's testimony, they then intentionally plotted and caused the 33rd SWIGJ via their intentional misrepresentations and "manufactured evidence" (relative to McQueary's actual testimony to the 30th SWIGJ), to publish a "33rd SWIGJ Presentment of Fact" which is a PROVABLE LIE in regards to Mike McQueary's ACTUAL TESTIMONY to the 30th SWIGJ (i.e., MM NEVER TESTIFIED to the 33rd SWIGJ Grand Jurors!!! Let alone, giving the 33rd SWIGJ Grand Jurors any basis to characterize his "credibility" regarding "eyewitness testimony" that was completely manufactured and an intentional misrepresentation by the OAG, otherwise known as a LIE!). Mike McQueary testified to the DIAMETRIC OPPOSITE of what the "33rd SWIGJ Presentment Statement of Facts" states that he testified to! Mike McQueary IN FACT told the 30th SWIGJ Grand Jurors that he WAS NOT an "eyewitness", not that he was as evidenced by these excerpts in the THIS LINK:

Mike McQueary sent an e-mail to the OAG after the release of the Presentment telling them that the "33rd SWIGJ Presentment Statement of Fact" MISREPRESENTED what he had testified to, to the 30th SWIGJ!:

"A previously undisclosed email sent by McQueary to authorities demonstrates he had thought the prosecutors' description in the presentment of what he had seen -- and what he reported to Paterno -- was not accurate."

In another previously undisclosed matter, The Mag found that one grand juror who heard McQueary testify said he doubted his credibility. The grand juror, Stan Bolton, a 53-year-old employee of The Home Depot in York, Pa., now says he was skeptical of McQueary's claim that Sandusky engaged in a sex act with the boy because McQueary told grand jurors that he didn't see penetration.

"This planted a seed with me. Either you saw it or you didn't," said Bolton, who was one of 23 grand jurors. The prosecutors "kind of glossed over it and moved on to who [McQueary] told, which started the whole Joe Paterno thing."

When the presentment charging Sandusky, Curley and Schultz was released, it was written by the 33rd grand jury. In that document, prosecutors said McQueary, identified only as a graduate assistant, was found by the grand jury to be "extremely credible." However, the 33rd grand jury never heard McQueary testify. An earlier grand jury, the 30th, heard McQueary testify on Dec. 16, 2010. Bolton was a member of that grand jury.

How on earth has their been no calls for a review of SWIGJ Legislation and its "constitutionality" when it is provable that the PA SWIGJ Process has been intentionally abused by the OAG to FABRICATE EVIDENCE and taint jury pools via INTENTIONAL MISREPRESENTATION otherwise known as lying and deceit (and causing a completely different set of "Grand Jurors" to unknowingly PUBLISH, and recommend indictments based on, KNOWN LIES and FALSEHOODS!?!? This is precisely why the vast majority of States in the Union have ELIMINATED AND BANNED SWIGJs - because they are rife for corruption and tyranny via UNRIGHTEOUS scumbags like Corbutt and his Political Junta cronies!)

It is simply baffling how this is not the subject-matter of the PCRA given that the Indictments were enabled by the Presentment (i.e., the OAG can only bring Indictments if a Presentment is issued -- in this case the OAG literally MANUFACTURED a Presentment with intentional lies and falsities for the purpose of manufacturing INDICTMENTS! How on earth can that "Constitutionally" legal in Pennsylvania especially when the same Presentment Lies were used to INTENTIONALLY TAINT THE JURY POOL AND GENERAL PUBLIC?!?!?!).

The amount of outright TYRANNY, massive PUBLIC CORRUPTION and abuse of PUBLIC POWERS & AUTHORITIES that has been permitted in Pennsylvania via the Pennsylvania Judiciary simply "looking the other way" and doing their

Since when does an "eyewitness" send a written e-mail to the OAG specifically stating that they DID NOT see or "eyewitness" what the State's highest-ranking prosecutor claims in their SWIGJ Presentment/Indictments AND also qualifies their statement as to what they THINK was going on - BUT AGAIN DID NOT SEE - otherwise known as conjecturing, with "IN MY OPINION", if they actually were an "eyewitness" or "saw" what the OAG claimed in their Presentment???

For that matter, who would characterize witnessing the anal rape of a boy in the following manner: "It was sexual and/or way over the line in my opinion, WHATEVER IT WAS"???? Huh? Not only does McQueary make it quite clear to the OAG that he is SPECULATING as to what was going on, but also makes it quite clear that he is not positive precisely what was going on in the shower (he qualifies the entire freaking statement with IN MY OPINION and states that it was either sexual or "way over the line....whatever it was" - how precisely is that stating that he saw a specific sex act, let alone the one the OAG claims he definitively "saw" and "eyewitnessed" in their corrupt Presentment???).

Again, this is in a written correspondence to OAG PROSECUTORS on 11/11/2011 long before any trials even started!!! How on earth, can the Presentment, which is the only thing enabling the Indictments (and Mike McQueary unequivocally stating that it is FALSE on several fronts - he flatly states he was not an "eyewitness" to sodomy as the Presentment claims....he did not "see" what the OAG claims he "saw" in the Presentment.....he is not even positive exactly what he "saw" as evidenced by the statement "...It was sexual and/or way over the line in my opinion, whatever it was."....etc...), not be germane to a PCRA??? IOW, the PA OAG INTENTIONALLY and ILLEGALLY corrupted and tainted the potential jury pool and massively violated all indicted parties constitutionally-protected rights!
