I chatted with a rivals rep and they said that I'm the only one that can remove my cc info and I have to cancel everything first. And, when I was about to try that the customer service rep left the chat before I could try. I then did what they said to do and my info is still on Rivals. Here is the chat transcript, edited only to remove my email. I have no other choice but to cancel my card and that means that I will never be visiting this site again. You guys aren't off to anything resembling a good start.
