Nothing that I could find. "Bandages" not allowed unless with doctor's orders, and covered with elastic straps. Only other mention is to anything that could cause injury to an opponent (something sharp, etc.).

Dunno for sure, but I read somewhere that there were very few entries in Brooks' weight class.

This tournament usually seems or feels like it is a hard draw.

Not to mention so many guys going to Russia recently.
