Imagine being so miserable that you felt compelled to drag out an eight-year old thread to make an I told you so argument to a poster who is no longer here about a wrestler who only ever gave his best for the team.
Devin Schnupp deserves better.

The guy is a jerk who piles on and takes sides in arguments, plays favorites, and poses as a wrestling man when he never set foot on a mat. And for your information, my original thread got 2 like votes, and another one about him produced 7 likes, so not everyone on this board shares your feelings on the jerk.

Friendly reminder that the best approach to dealing with toxic posters is to put them on ignore and resisting the urge to reply. They can't be convinced with reason, it just drags down the demeanor of the whole board.

Devin sounds like he’s doing well - following in his father’s footsteps with the family lawn care business and head coach at his HS alma mater.
For all you self made chefs out there, here’s something you might want to try. If you like to BBQ chicken, try soaking it in plain old Italian dressing for about 2 days and then throwing it on the grill. Don’t buy the higher priced name brand dressing. Just the generic store brand like you would get at Walmart or WinCo works fine. Also, I personally find the chicken is exceptionally tasty if you grill it on a high heat setting so that the outside of the chicken is burned a little bit. Just my personal preference, but some of you guys might like it that way too.

I've been on here for a few years now. I'm pretty laid back and rarely comment on things because of my lack of wrestling knowledge. I enjoy learning from those that are learned as much as the good natured banter that goes back and forth on here. In saying all that: I cant for the life of me understand why a person would take the time to dredge this kind of crap up. I mean seriously, 8 freaking years?? What kind of meager existence would one have to possess to hold a grudge for this freaking long?? Dude, get a life. I googled Devin's PSU record and it appears that he won 22 matches more than PSUgo823 and me combined. But aside from all that, the young man graduated with honors and now owns his own business. I'd say he's done pretty well for himself.

Hopefully this thread is locked soon but while it's open, I won't allow any Schnupp slander. Devin wrestled 113 as a HS senior and never appeared to get bigger, I would suspect he didn't even need to cut for that. He was a double Fargo champ at 88 pounds, can you even legally wrestle anymore at that weight?
People talk about him needing college 118, he wouldn't even be a full sized that to be honest. He came, he worked his ass off and was a fantastic teammate (and now coach) I'm sure tried to put on the weight but just couldn't and you can't compete in the Big Ten at 125 at that size when you consider most guys might be 135 by dual time. He would however, beat future Top 5 finisher and B1G finalist Liam Cronin for his only B1G dual win and Byer's call for that being so emotional shows what Devin meant to the team.
He was our postseason start 1 year when we won the team title by 40 points with a very subpar tournament to be honest (thus no need to pull any redshirts or transfers) End of the day, he is a 3 time National Team Champion.
