Saw on Twitter that a "Tank" Smith from Penn Hills will be attending Penn State in January. According to his bio, his full name is Terry "Tank" Smith. He's a 5'8" / 205lb RB. Is this new? I'm certain he'd be a walk-on, I do not see us using one of the last 1-2 scholies in this class for a RB.

It is new. He weighed 204 lbs on Friday.
