Do we have a Special Teams “Coordinator” ?

Or does Franklin oversee special teams? I have never seen so many successful fake/trick plays against any team I have ever followed? I expect every punt/kickoff/FG to be a fake or onside kick at this point.

Is it scheme? Talent? Are we ALWAYS sleeping on these plays? Totally mind boggling to me.

PSU has been blessed with “Phil” who spends more time barking in Frankin’s ear during non-special teams plays (job pleading??) than any other coach I’ve previously witnessed. Both are wholly incompetent..
