DT signs contract

Any hints or chatter on how it will be streamed? Flo, NLWC on Rokfin, somewhere else?

Reading between the lines is a sketchy business, but it seems to me that JB probably wants more coin than NLWC would typically pay out for a Rokfin event. JB probably wants to do it on Flo. Hence, the unspoken standoff.

Did he just sign a blank piece of paper? I want this match to happen but I can write on a blank piece of paper that I am going to wrestle Jordan Burroughs live also. Doesn't mean it is actually going to happen.

Exactly.

Is "signed a contract" an artifact of the MMA/Promotion world? Any MMA fans here who can explain more thoroughly what such a claim means or even looks like structurally?

If that's the case, then Burroughs just got out-maneuvered. Now if he doesn't sign the same contract, he's the one weaseling out.

His fault too.. Had he not poked Taylor publicly, then we don't have a public contract signing.

JB is a creator on Rokfin as well as NLWC. He has 20k followers, but how that translates to subscribers and monetization from any Rokfin event is an unknown.

I was going to say something similar as others have pointed out about DT calling whatever he signed a "contract." Unless both sides have agreed to the terms, signing your name to a piece of paper with words that haven't been agreed to is a "doodle."

In that case, I have a doodle that says Paulina Gretsky is leaving Dustin Johnson for me. I signed it yesterday.
