I think you see Penn st in Tulsa is November. It's 200k to the winner. With the NCAA saying you can have 30 scholarships that $ will cover 5 full rides. Penn st will get more scholarships than the 9.9 they've now but won't have 30. So that $ can help get more scholarships. Cael is a thinker no doubt he's already looking at things that way

Penn State's AD has pretty much said for a few years anyhow those scholarships are covered, but the expectation is the money will be raised to cover those scholarships. If PSU did go, the 200,000 woukd be put in an endowment.

My bet is unless Taylor can needle Cael into a commitment you are not going to see Nittany Lions lacing them up in Tulsa in November.

Cael just said in a interview this week we won't have 30🤷. But Suriano is in the room working out so not sure if he's serious or fibbing
