photographed at a strip club without a mask. He copped a plea and apologized. he didn't even go down the "peaceful protest" route! This is a violation of the NFL policy, BTW.

Here in Maryland the casinos are still open as well and a former student of mine who is a dealer at a casino said that this isn't uncommon. He said you'd be amazed at how many people still come to the casino to waste their money and don't follow any guidelines

I have a few serious questions for all you enthusiasts of exotic dancing. Since the advent of COVID are the “entertainers” forced to wear masks? How does one derive pleasure from a socially distancing lap dance? Are tongs used for giving the girls ( hopefully I won’t be attacked for being a sexist ) their tips? Is shift change still the best time to meet the woman of your dreams that suffers from unresolved father daughter issues?

You would have to ask Bob he's the one who has the authority on tongs

meh.... it's a strip club. who cares? And to tie it to Urban Myers? i mean.... this isn't Aaron Hernandez killing people. it's strippers. Show me 1 college football team who doesn't have players go to strip clubs either in college, or after they go to the NFL.

My thing is, in the COVID era, going maskless while in a position where you're well known.... decision making issues?

Haskins was never ready for the NFL. Freak of nature athlete who got by on that alone, and has been exposed for it. Apparently, not very emotionally mature either.

What I really don't get is pro athletes going out and partying, after a game they lose, in which they played a fair part in the loss, which loss actually put your playoff hopes on a bit of a knife edge. (Note, I still think DC beats CAR this week and locks things up, but if they don't, all bets are off. I mean, the Cowboys of all teams could actually end up repping the NFCE.)

Praying for a Carolina win! Helps Eagles draft order (but only if the Birds lose).

News Flash: Most pro athletes don't give a damn if they win or lose.

The Buckeye legacy continues. Making Urban proud.
Guess you must not have much to be happy about if the social life of a 24 year old athlete triggers you so easily. Especially when that athlete used to play for a rival team. What were you doing when you were 22? Maybe you were perfect.

Speaking of Urban.....any news on who that naked guy was that showed up in that one video he was on maybe a month or so ago?

Seriously. He is doing what 90% of professional athletes do. I guess an ex OSU player going to a strip club is worse than the ex PSU player stealing $2mill

I think at the rich and famous private party level, it’s not a mask issue, it’s a condom issue.

At the time, Haskins was also battling a non-COVID-19 stomach bug and dealing with the unexpected death of his puppy, Nipsi.

No I wasn’t perfect at his age. Then again I wasn’t putting my head coach who has been battling cancer at risk by engaging in this kind of stupidity. But hey apologize as much as you like.

Haskins is getting hit hard in the DC area because he's a first rounder who played himself into the #3 slot on the depth chart behind Kyle Allen and Alex Smith. Worse, the rumors have been that one of the reasons that he looks lost most of the time is that his game prep leaves something to be desired. If he was playing well, it would probably be treated as a case of a young man having a lapse in judgment. Unfortunately, he looks like a bust, to some degree of his own making, who will force Washington to spend resources trying to find a long term replacement.

Haskins is a second year QB playing for a WEAK offense. Take away former OSU WR, and that O is less than competitive in the passing game (mostly because of the OL). Ron Rivera is a solid coach who will build a great D and have an OK O led by Haskins next year. Alex Smith should call it a career.

I honestly don't care where Haskins went to school, and I only know about the DC team because I live in the area and get a steady diet of it through the local media. (I'm a Steelers fan going back to the early 70's.) All that said, you're in a pretty small minority that believes Haskins will be the starter for the WFT next year; it's more likely that he won't be on the roster than the starter.

Smith's numbers aren't great, but they're on par with Haskins', and both Smith and Kyle Allen (who Rivera brought with him from Carolina and played better than either) seem to have the trust of the coaches and players that Haskins hasn't earned. Haskins has a lot to prove in the next year or he's going to be the next Jameis Winston.

+1. He just doesn’t seem to have the appropriate mentality to be a successful NFL quarterback. He needs Russell Westbrook in his ear. (WFT fan and WaPo reader here.)

Glad to see you bucknuts continue to search all the message boards in the land for posts unfavorable to Bucky nation - slow day in O-hia I guess.

Wasn’t it his girlfriend birthday party? That is what I think I heard on wmal. That makes sense you have strippers at your girlfriend birthday party.
