Here is Foles in the locker room. He seems to be 'in the right place' and should be ready! 
They need to pressure Ryan early and often. I know Atlanta is favorite, but they have a lot of factors going against them today. That travel schedule was hell. Ryan missed a day of practice, as did Jones. Weather will not be conducive to a great passing attack. It will be an interesting game.
As an odd aside, Vai Sikahema, the old punt returner and current Local NBC news personality predicted a score of 19-5. 5. That is a score your wife/girlfriend would predict. I thought it was funny.

Based on the quality (lack thereof) of the playing surface it looks like the game is being played at Soldiers Field in Chicago.

The Frankford Yellow Jackets were the NFL team in Philadelphia, They went bankrupt in 1931. In 1933, the NFL awarded the assets of the Yellow Jackets to a new franchise headed by Bert Bell and Lud Wray (two former Univ. of PA teammates).
As the above dates indicate, this was during the depression.
Reportedly, Bell and Wray liked the National Recovery Act's "blue eagle," and from that they decided to call the team the Philadelphia Eagles.

Why do play callers feel the need to get tricky near the goal line? First and goal from the 3, you’re running through their defense, RUN THE BALL!!
idiots. The punt returner is telling everyone to get out of the way, and the punt hits an Eagles blocker, and the Falcons recover deep in Eagles territory (around the 18).
